We stumbled upon this cellar in the early 90s whilst looking for red wines. What we discovered was a cache of great white wines that had been quietly winning medals of a number of years. Winemaker Michel Mouret admits with some pride that he works 7 days a week - his family home is attached to the winery and we`re sure that at night if he put an ear to the wall he could hear the tanks fermenting.
